Camp Mystic announced that it will reopen its Cypress Lake camp for Summer 2026 sessions from May 30 to August 9 while the Guadalupe River site remains closed after the tragic July 4 flooding.
New safety upgrades include four River Sentry flood-monitoring stations—an upgraded PA system, two-way radios, and backup power, with family tours planned for April.
