- ➤ Snake season is here in Central Texas and wildlife handler Trey Clair urges residents to leave all snakes alone and back away slowly when one is seen. He said if bitten, residents should get medical attention immediately—dangerous species include rattlesnakes, copperheads, cottonmouths and coral snakes. FOX 7
