  • Comal County received a certificate for excellent financial reporting from the professional association that represents government finance officials from across the country.  Herald-Zeitung
  • Police Chief Osbaldo Flores, a San Antonio native, has shared his vision and goals for the New Braunfels police department after 27 years in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He will focus on improving community safety and modernizing the department—efforts that are set to take shape soon.  Herald-Zeitung
  • The City of New Braunfels and the Texas Department of Transportation have signed an advanced funding agreement to start adjusting traffic signal timing across the city. City officials said the project will begin in the coming weeks to improve traffic flow—updates will be provided as work continues.  Herald-Zeitung
