About this event
Everyone, whether religious or non-religious, is looking for happiness all the time
and wants to be free from suffering permanently. Please join us for this introductory class as we share Buddhist advice on learning to develop the real causes of happiness within our own mind.
Angelina Fadool, a teacher from KMC Austin, will share Buddhist philosophy and psychology to improve our sense of well being and happiness.
