"For the past 20 years I've spent my life on the road as a 'sideman' playing drums for artists from Pat Green and Zane Williams, to Wade Bowen and Hayes Carll. Along the way I've met some amazing songwriters that also make their living on the big stages, spotlight adjacent, as a 'sideman.'

So, I started a concert series called the Sideman Song Swap, where I bring a different guest 'sideman' every night to showcase our passion for songwriting, along with songs and stories from our time on the road backing up some of your favorite bands and artists." ~Michael Kelton
