Robber Baron Cave Open House

About this event

Texas Cave Management Association is pleased to invite you to an open house at San Antonio’s Robber Baron Cave Preserve.

Join us at the corner of Nacogdoches Road and Camilla Drive for this special, family friendly event from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, November 14 (rain or shine).

During the open house, you will have a rare opportunity to take a self-guided tour through the cave, learn about Robber Baron and the TCMA, and meet the cavers who explore and maintain it.

Robber Baron is an undeveloped cave, please wear sturdy shoes and clothes you feel comfortable getting muddy! Caving helmets and lights will be provided.

Entry to the cave is FREE! Sign up for specific times will be made the day of the event by showing up early; specific times will be available on a first-come-first-served basis. Donations are greatly appreciated to help protect and maintain the preserve. Hope to see you there!!
