Group Info: This is a meetup for musicians looking to play classical and contemporary chamber music in a friendly and supportive environment. Sightreading knowledge is useful as we do it for practice here, but we also have repertoire that we are continually refining.

Meeting Times: 🕕 Time: Every Saturday from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM 🏠 Location: First Unitarian Universalist Church of San Antonio (Building 5) 📍Address: 7150 I-10, San Antonio, TX 78213 🗺️ Coordinates: 29.500361, -98.546369

Our Repertoire and Resources: Find score, tracks, set, and rehearsal calendar here https://spikessignal.notion.site/Chamber-2fadd008c5388085bd5ac01769025d73 Dropbox Password: 0999 Average piece complexity is Grade 3

What to Bring: Your instrument (and associated components). If possible, the scores listed above on a tablet or printed. A pen and paper, or tablet that can be marked up.

Rehearsal Format: When you enter the building, you’ll find us setting up on the right. Feel free to grab a seat and get your instrument ready. We’ll start by tuning together, and then one of the group leaders will announce which songs from our repertoire we’ll be focusing on. Please bring a digital device to read your music from. If you don’t have one, you’re welcome to bring printed copies instead. We’ll make several passes through each selected piece, working on refinements as we go. While some of us aim to get songs performance-ready, we keep things relaxed and accessible so everyone feels comfortable joining in.

We look forward to meeting you!
