Based on the same beginning 26 poses of the Bikram series practiced at 100 degrees with high humidity-we're just adding soul! Join us for original playlists, creative alternative poses, and a ton of sweat! Though the same core 26 postures will stay the same, every class will feel different and give you the opportunity to deepen your practice with fun variations! This class is perfect for all levels and will leave you feeling challenged and rewarded!
