About this event

This Restorative Yoga is a fantastic way to calm the body and mind. Just 5-6 floor poses will be offered, obtaining comfort in each while focusing on a release of discomfort throughout the body. All levels! Fantastic for beginners! When live streaming it can be useful to have props to make some postures more accessible. Suggestions - 2 yoga blocks - 1 yoga strap/belt - 1-2 pillows for restorative rest poses Log in code will be texted to you. Please make sure your phone number is updated in your profile.
