Additional Info: This group is a collaboration between Molly Pruitt Library and Methodist Healthcare Ministries' Wesley Nurse program.This meeting takes place at Windcrest United Methodist Church. The parking and entrance are available through the back parking lot.

Join us for discussions and activities to promote mental and physical wellbeing! The Self Care Club explores new ideas in health, wellness, and personal growth. Meetings begin with reading or l istening to selected material, followed by discussions and hands-on activities.

During our November 3rd meeting, we will discuss the topic "How to Prepare for Cold and Flu Season", focusing on t ips for prevention as well as treatment options for common seasonal illnesses. We'll also have time to create a custom keychain for travel- size hand sanitizer. All materials provided.
