About this event

Align in a class that will focus on helping you build a strong understanding of your bodies alignment in different asana postures. This is a lightly heated class around 80-83 degrees. The instructor will use props to help support you in building a strong and supported foundation. This is a great class for beginners or those healing from injuries.
