Sunday Sound Bath

About this event

A Sound Bath is an immersive, relaxing experience where participants lie down or sit comfortably while listening to a series of soothing sounds created by instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. Sophia will play crystal bowls designed to promote deep relaxation, stress reduction, and a meditative state through the vibrations and soundscapes produced no prior experience is needed, and its encouraged participants to simply close their eyes and let the sound wash over them.
